Pre-Approvals expire though, typically after about 90 days. If you don't think you're ready to put in an offer on a house yet, then you should probably hold off until after you've begun viewing homes with the help of your Manor Agent.

If you're not sure who you should see about getting the best mortgage on the market, you can also ask your agent for a referral. They are constantly networking with mortgage professionals and spend a lot of their time developing relationships so that when they recommend someone, you know you can trust that advice.
PRO TIP: Some mortgage professionals can and will offer longer Pre-Approval windows – it never hurts to ask.
